# 2.0 Control panel. Settings. Editing a city. Delivery tab. Courier Tracking

This feature lets your customers see the courier’s location when waiting for their order to be delivered.

# To enable the feature:
1.  In the Control Panel, click **Settings**.    
2.  Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.   
3.  Click the **Delivery → Courier Tracking** tab.    
4.  Select the **Real-time courier tracking** checkbox.    
5.  Click **Save**.

After enabling the feature, the **Courier on the map** button will appear in the app.

**Important**: In case of ** [merged orders](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/set-up-the-automatic-merging-of-orders-within-the-same-route-1dyzctk/) ** , both customers will see the couriers' location starting from the pick up of the first order.
