# 2.0 Can users edit or delete their reviews?

**Reviews can be handled in several places:**

*   Users can edit their reviews and ratings for specific orders through the mobile app under the **Order Details → Rating** tab _(this also applies to orders placed through the website)_.

*   If a user left a review in the **Apple Store** or **Google Play**, they can edit or delete it.
     

*   There is no way to delete or edit reviews on the site. But, it is possible to edit their display through the **Monitoring Panel → Clients**.

*   Also, you can turn off the display of reviews on the site in the **Control Panel → Settings** → **City Editing** → **System** tab, **Show reviews**.
