# 2.0 Are push notifications sent to unauthorized users?

Push notifications will be sent to unauthorized users, provided that when creating the campaign, the **User group** field is set to **All user groups**.

**Note:** In order for the push notification not only to arrive, but also to be displayed in notifications for some time (up to 7 days), the mailing must be sent to a specific city, and if there are several cities, a separate mailing should be sent to each city.
