# 2.0 Add an important notice for all customers

Add a custom notice that appears to your customers on the website and when they open the app.

# To add a notice:
1.  In the Control Panel, click **Settings** → go to the **Cities** tab.    
2.  Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.    
3.  Click the **Texts** tab.    
4.  In the **Customer notice** field, add a notice that will appear to customers.    
5.  Click **Save**.

** _Examples_ **
_If your address is outside the delivery area, give us a call. We will deliver your order by taxi wherever you want!_
_Due to quarantine restrictions, doorstep delivery is temporarily unavailable._
_Oops… delivery is temporarily unavailable. You can place an order and pick it up at the restaurant by choosing the takeaway option._  
_Happy New Year to everyone! ❤️_

**Tip:** Use emojis for a more engaging notice.
