2.0 Courier statistics in the Monitoring Panel
Go to Archive > Fleet to view financial information on the work of couriers for the selected period of time. You can also find a list of all orders that were assigned to couriers. In addition, you can view detailed information for each order.

Courier (all couriers, specific courier). To view the list of couriers, select a city in the upper left corner of the Monitoring Panel.
Order status (all statuses, successful, cancelled).
Payment methods (all payment methods, cash, online).
Time interval (date, month, year).
Note: The maximum time interval is 3 months.

Total number of orders.
The number of successfully completed orders and their percentage ratio to the total number of delivery orders.
Number of cancelled orders
The number of completed standard delivery orders and their percentage ratio to the total number of delivery orders.
The number of completed doorstep delivery orders and their percentage ratio to the total number of delivery orders.
Average lead time.
Cumulative shift times.
Average density of orders for 1 hour.
Average order cycle (not including slot orders).
Distance travelled.
Average order delivery time.
Earned in total.
Delivery amount paid to the courier/couriers in cash.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers at the end of the reporting period.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers for the cashback applied to the order.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers for the city voucher applied to the order.
An additional amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers at the end of the reporting period for other reasons (promotions, gift vouchers, etc.).
Average amount per order.
The number of free deliveries.
On the right, there’s a line graph that shows the number of orders per day.


Ordering date.
City of ordering.
Company name and location address.
Order number, by clicking on which its card will open.
Courier's name and call sign.
Order status.
Delivery amount paid to the courier in cash.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier at the end of the reporting period.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers for the cashback applied to the order.
The amount that will be compensated to the courier/couriers for the city voucher applied to the order.
An additional amount that will be compensated to the courier at the end of the reporting period for other reasons (promotions, gift vouchers, etc.). Double click to change an amount.
The total amount that will be compensated to the courier at the end of the reporting period.

Available elements
At the top of the page, there are filters that allow you to filter statistics and orders by the following indicators:
