What is AOLT (average order lead time)?

AOLT - average order lead time in minutes. This is the actual time in minutes from the time an order is placed to the time it is delivered (excluding orders for specific times and takeaway). Also, its constituent parts are displayed: the average time of distribution, acceptance, preparation and delivery of the order.
