2.0 Manage logistics and couriers settings in the Monitoring Panel"

In the "Couriers" tab, you can configure the main logistics parameters for all companies in the city, as well as manage couriers. In addition, there is a function to turn off all couriers in all cities.

Changing logistics settings and managing couriers will only be available after selecting a specific city in the corresponding menu in the upper left corner. If you change the settings in the Monitoring Panel, they will also be changed in the Control Panel. To change or enable/disable a parameter, click on the corresponding button next to the setting.

After selecting a city, the following settings will be available:

Couriers on the line. Shows the current number of enabled couriers in the city.
Max. delivery time. The time that is laid down for the delivery of orders, if it was not possible to automatically determine the distance to the client. This time is also included in the delivery of all pre-orders placed by customers.
Order dispatch limit. The minimum time for the preparation and packaging of products, after which the company will be able to dispatch the order to the courier. The value specified in this field affects the list of pickup time options displayed in the Dots Business app when the order is received.
Max. order shift time. The maximum time for which the system can shift the dispatch of an order at the pickup point, in case of unavailability of couriers.
Additional time coefficient. A numeric coefficient that increases or decreases the estimated delivery time.
Max. courier delay time. Time buffer for cases of delayed dispatch or delivery. This time is added to the estimated delivery time.
Automatic order merging. Functionality that allows you to automatically combine two delivery orders within one common courier route.
Broadcast mode is active. Responsible for enabling the mode that allows couriers to take unassigned orders into work independently. In addition, couriers can be assigned to specific pickup points by selecting the appropriate filter in the Dots Delivery app.
Allowable merging time. The maximum interval between the dispatch time of two orders that can be merged together.
Allowable delivery time for merged orders. The maximum time during which each merged order can be on the way (from the moment it is dispatched at the pickup point until the moment it is delivered to the client).
Default delivery service. Allows you to set the delivery service to which all orders of all companies in the city will be distributed in the first place. Available options:
Auto. The mode in which orders will be distributed to your own delivery service in the first place. In cases where the own service fails to fulfil the order, it will be redirected to a third-party service (with the highest priority in the list of delivery services).
Courier Network. All orders will be distributed to your own delivery service, for which the appropriate settings are set in the Delivery Services section. In cases where the own service fails to fulfil an order, it will remain undistributed and will require manual distribution in the Active tab.
Third-party delivery service. If a third-party delivery service is selected, then all orders will be distributed to it first.
Pickup time recommendation at the pickup point. The company manager/cashier will have access to pickup time options depending on the selected option. Available options:
Without limits. When accepting an order, the most optimal time will be automatically selected, depending on the location of the couriers. Earlier dispatch options will also remain available, but will be marked as "undesirable!".
Recommended and later. The list of pickup times displays only options recommended by the system (taking into account the load of couriers) and later. Older options will not be displayed.
Only perfect and later. Dispatch options are displayed starting with the most optimal one (if two orders can be merged together). Earlier options (including recommended ones) will not be displayed.
The mode of order distribution between couriers. Allows you to set automatic or manual distribution of orders between couriers. Available options:
Auto. All orders are automatically distributed among the couriers on the line.
Manually. All orders require manual distribution by operators.
