2.0 Order archive and statistics of completed orders in the Dots Delivery app
Archive of orders
Order archive shows all your orders for a specific month. To view it, go to Profile > Order archive.


When taping on the order, you’ll see a screen with information about it. The Map tab shows the order delivery route.


Order statistics
Order statistics contains summary information about completed orders for a certain period of time (current week, current month, etc.). To view orders statistics, go to Profile > Statistics.


The following information is available on the screen:
The number of completed orders.
The number of completed orders with standard delivery.
The number of completed orders with doorstep delivery.
Average order delivery time.
Cumulative working time.
The average number of orders per hour.
Below is a list of all orders that were in work for the selected time period. Each list item contains:
Date of order completion
Lead time
Order number in the system
When you tap on a specific order, you’ll see a screen with order details.
Note: If the order is crossed out, then it wasn’t completed, was transferred to another courier, or canceled.
If the virtual account feature is enabled, then additional information will appear when viewing the order statistics:
The total amount of money you earned over a certain period.
The amount of funds that was credited to your virtual account, and must be compensated by the delivery fleet/service. Includes the following elements (excluding already received funds):
- Cashless (delivery) - compensation for the delivery of orders.
- Cashless (other) - compensation for gift vouchers and promo codes applied to orders, as well as for delivery cost in cases of online payment.
- Cashless (cashback) - compensation for the cashback applied to the orders.
- Cashless (certificate) - compensation for the city vouchers applied to orders.
The average amount of money earned for the delivery of one order.
Below is a list that shows all orders that were in work during a certain period. Each order in the list contains the ratio of the amount received in cash upon delivery and the amount that was credited to your virtual account.
