Why orders are not distributed to the operator?
Orders may not be distributed to operators for several reasons:
The maximum number of orders that can be distributed to operators has already been reached and all other operators are busy, or this value is set to 0.
There are no operators on the line.
Operator is in the Invisible status. In this case, the operator is online, but orders are not distributed to them.
