Is it possible to edit an order after it has been placed?

Several parameters can be changed in the active order in the Monitoring Panel:



Delivery address. It is configured in the Monitoring Panel → order card → Edit address field).



Order cost. It is configured in the Monitoring Panel → order card → change price field).

User note. It is configured in the Monitoring Panel → order card → the User Note block → the Edit note field (this note will be visible to everyone who has access to the Monitoring Panel. In the future, a note about the user is displayed on the card of their subsequent orders).

Client's wish. Configurable in the Monitoring Panel → order card → Wishes block → Edit wishes field (wishes will be visible to everyone who has access to the Monitoring Panel, Company Panel and courier in the Dots Delivery app, as well as to the client themselves in the mobile app when going to order details).


It is impossible to change the type of delivery, apply promotions, or edit the order composition.
