Why can't the company change the dispatch time?

The company cannot change the dispatch time if the client has placed an order for a specific time, since the remaining time may not be enough for the courier to deliver the order at a convenient time for the client.



If such a need is objective and occurs systematically, it is recommended to review the logistics settings in the Control Panel → City→ Logistics, in particular the parameters of the Maximum delivery time and the Minimum order pickup time, in order to prevent such difficulties in the future.
