How to create a gift promotion for the first client?

Unfortunately, such promotions are not provided by the functionality of our platform. The operator can manually catch the first customer orders in the Monitoring Panel (there is a First order note in the order card, they are not distributed automatically, except for orders that have already been paid online), and notify the company about the need to put a gift through a note in the order card.






Example:

“The first order of the client”, “Oleksandr-123. Add wine for 1 UAH” (here Oleksandr-123 is the name of the operator on the shift, so that the company knows for sure that the message is from the operator, not from the client).



After that, the company can change the cost of the order by 1 UAH. and add a gift to the order.
