How to change the payment method in an active order?

If you have different payment types configured, open the Order Card in the Monitoring Panel. Click on the Load payment data button.




In the field where the payment method is specified, click the link with the name of the payment method - a window will appear. In the drop-down list, select the desired payment method and click Confirm.



After changing the payment type from cash payment to online payment, it is necessary to send an SMS message to the client with a link to the payment form. To do this, click on the SMS button.
